They left my property cleaner than it was when they arrived. It was not properly installed in the area over our vaulted ceilings. Every time it snowed we got 5-6 cups of water in our living room/dining room. The water was a dark brown color and there was tons of drywall damage, furniture damage, etc. The snow would come in regardless of the temperature outside (we even had a leak in an April Snowstorm!).
They did an excellent job on everything. They even used a magnetic roller to pick up any loose nails. When they left we were just left with our beautiful new roof.

All work was done in a single, nice weather day which is no small feat considering the complexity of the roof and replacing three skylights. Very impressed with the final installation. Everything is straight and looks sharp. The solar panel install crew even commented on the high quality roof install.

ATTIC INSULATION
All of their staff were friendly and helpful. Igor came to my home yesterday repaired the leak. Inspected entire roof and repaired several other problem spots. All roof shingles, materials and accessories are ordered from the supplier and project placed in the que for installation. The contract is signed, roof shingle color chosen and the deposit is collected.
We had a number of quotes to come in to fix it but Home Evolution understood the problem the best.They were also flexible with the unforeseen issue of molded plywood and wet insulation. What was a simple project of replacing the shingles and underlayment in one section became a complicated multi-day effort to restore the roof and parts of the house. This included new skylights, and new materials that had been damaged when water came into the house. They were thorough, and they were clean. The crew was professional and friendly, and we were really happy with how they were able to resolve unforeseen issues.They were able to document everything for insurance, and were reasonably priced .
Roof Install
Our neighbors are all complimenting our new roof. The initial walk through included reviewing a video of the current state of the roof which is a nice touch.
